Terms and Conditions |

Cancellation. |
| Deposits are
refundable minus a 20% handling fee provided we receive 14 days
prior notice. Otherwise, full payment is due even if you are
unable to stay, although we will gladly refund deposits if we are
able to re-let the room. If guesthouse stay is cut short,
for any reason, the cost of the full stay will be charged. |

take out holiday insurance, when booking, to provide cover for
